What to do if you did not receive your download

All products and services listed on the ClickBank marketplace are available for download or access immediately after your purchase. If you are not redirected to a download page, you can check your email inbox for any download instructions or access information sent by the vendor.

Do note that it is very common for download emails to be mistakenly marked as spam so do check your junk / bulk / spam folders as well. To prevent this from happening again in the future, you can whitelist or simply add their email address as one of your contacts in your email client.

If you still do not receive your download or access information an hour after your purchase you may want to contact the vendor for help. Sometimes the download may have not been sent out to you due to technical glitches in the system.

Where to get help with your purchase

Usually the vendors will provide you with an avenue to contact them for product support. It may come in the form of a customer service email address or a help desk system.

If you have lost the customer service information or the vendors are not responding via their channels, you can always seek further help via ClickBank at https://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm – the official channel for you to request help with your order. The vendors will be able to respond to you via ClickBank’s help ticket system.

How to cancel your subscription or request for a refund

You may cancel your subscription anytime but you can only request for refunds for purchases within 60 days (some vendors may provide up to 90 days of money-back guarantee).

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may want to contact the vendor first to resolve the issues you may be having. If you still wish to request for a refund after communicating with the vendor, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm
  2. Fill in the required fields and click on the ‘Submit’ button
  3. On the ‘Order Detail’ page click on the ‘Click here to get support.’ link
  4. Select ‘I would like to cancel my subscription or membership’ if you are canceling your subscription or ‘More options…’ if you are requesting for a refund
  5. If you are canceling your subscription, select a reason from the drop-down box, type in any additional comments and click on the ‘Send’ button to submit your request
  6. If you are requesting for a refund, select the ‘Request Refund’ option, select a reason, type in any additional comments and click on the ‘Send’ button to submit your request

It may be worth mentioning that refund requests get processed within hours if initiated by the vendor while it may take up to several days if you go through ClickBank directly.
